PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 

The project comprises of G+8 floors 4 Residential Buildings over 24,064 sq m of grade A office accommodation together with 192 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments. The project is a landmark development within the rejuvenating city centre of Doha. The development is well located, close to both the airport, the financial district, and on Doha's ring road system.

The Four typical residential buildings BMS server should be interconnected to access the all four residential buildings from any one of the building BMS system all the time. The BMS server automated the following individual equipments

12 Air Handling Units                               4 Ex.Fan/Smoke Fan
192 CHW Energy Meters                         8 Secondary CHW Pumps
8 Staircase Pr. Fan                                  12 Lifts
